Ginger and her eight puppies were rescued from an overcrowded high kill shelter in Southern California and transported to SafeHaven Humane Society by S.T.A.R.T. Shelter Transport Animal Rescue Team. Now these nine precious lives are being fostered here at Green Acres Farm Sanctuary until they are ready for adoption. Sometimes it takes many groups working together traveling great distances along with your support to make rescues like this one possible.

  1. What a wonderful story and a sweet mama. Would be interested in maybe adopting one of the babies when they are ready. So what will happen with the mama dog?
